Website enquiries and privacy

When you send an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address and message. These details let OnSight understand your request and contact you about it. Include the information needed to explain your enquiry.
How the form is delivered
The website sends form submissions to Formspree for processing. Formspree stores submissions in the form owner’s account. Its handling of service data is described in the Formspree privacy policy.
Website analytics
When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog to understand which pages and links visitors use and which campaigns bring enquiries. It records page visits, link interactions, enquiry submission attempts and campaign parameters such as UTM tags. Analytics identifiers are stored in your browser, and campaign details are kept for the browsing session and included with your enquiry. We do not send the name, email address or message entered in the form to PostHog, and session recording is disabled.
Website resources
Your browser requests page content, images and other resources from the website and its content service. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests provide the receiving service with the connection information needed to deliver the resource, such as an IP address.

Contact contact@on-sight.co.nz to ask about information provided with an enquiry, including access, correction, deletion or how long it is kept. Identify the enquiry and the email address used so the team can locate the relevant records.
